Shahrukh Khan is also called by “King Khan”, “SRK” or “King of Bollywood”. He was born on November 2, 1985, in New Delhi, India. He spent his childhood in Delhi. He belongs to a Muslim family. He has one sister and her name is Shenaz, but known as Lala-Rukh. He has done Post Graduation in Mass Communication from Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi. He is married to Gauri Khan, her surname change to Khan from Chabbria. Her wife belongs to a Punjabi family from Delhi. He has one son and one daughter, their name are Aryan Khan and Suhana Khan.

Shahrukh Khan has started his career from television serials. In 1988, his first serial was Fauji; he performed well in this serial. After this, he did play minor role in Serial- Circus. In 1992, his first movie was Deewana; Divya Bharti was his co-star in this movie. He won the award of Best Debut as a newcomer. He played villain roles as a lover in Darr and Baazigar, in 1993. He performed well in Baazigar and won the Award for Best Actor. Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge was his first superhit movie at the box office, which was released on October 20, 1995. Kajol and Amrish Puri was his co-star in the movie. He and other stars performed the best in this movie. He earned lots of money and reputation from this film. This movie is also called by DDLJ.
